New York, NY – March 8, 2017 – Dana S. Fried, JD, LLM, has joined the Tax Practice of CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading accounting, tax, and advisory firms in the United States, as a Managing Director, National Tax Services.
Based in the Firm’s New York, NY and Long Island, NY offices, Dana has 35 years of experience practicing in the tax departments of Big Four accounting firms and prominent national law firms.

In addition to executive compensation and employee benefits planning, Dana’s expertise includes providing design/structuring, operational and administrative consulting, and tax-related services to large, medium, and small public companies and privately-held clients in virtually every industry. He also has expertise in the compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including planning, due diligence, structuring, post-transaction integration, and change of control-triggered compensation plans, agreements, and arrangements. He advises clients with employment agreements, equity and non-equity incentives, elective and non-elective nonqualified deferred compensation, related reporting and withholding requirements, and retirement, pension, and welfare plans.
A member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, Dana earned a JD from Boston University School of Law, a LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, an MBA from Boston University Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from SUNY Binghamton.
