Kielczewski joins CohnReznick as Tax Director
New York, NY – January 18, 2021 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that Laura Kielczewski has joined the firm as Director in the Exempt Organizations Tax Services practice. Based in New York, Kielczewski has more than 23 years of experience providing tax strategy and compliance services to a wide range of tax-exempt organizations. These include HMOs and other healthcare systems, private foundations, higher education institutions, and other not-for-profit organizations.
Kielczewski brings extensive federal, state, and local tax experience to CohnReznick that includes advising on tax compliance issues, consulting on IRC Section 501(r) policy and compliance matters, unrelated business income planning, and addressing executive compensation issues. Before joining CohnReznick, Kielczewski was a tax senior manager in the Exempt Organizations Tax Services practice of a Big 4 firm. She also worked as a tax director in the Not-for Profit and Higher Education practices at another large firm.
