Justin Wenzelman joins CohnReznick as Tax Partner
New York, NY – November 9, 2020 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that Justin Wenzelman has joined the firm as a tax partner. He will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Wenzelman comes to CohnReznick with more than 17 years of tax compliance, consulting, and accounting services experience serving middle-market companies. His areas of focus include family offices and investment partnerships, with additional industry experience in private equity, commercial real estate, manufacturing, technology, and food and beverage. Wenzelman has deep expertise working with the restaurant hospitality sector, as well as with performing complex tax projections and allocations, including targeted capital account allocations, structuring, and capital account maintenance.

Before joining CohnReznick, Wenzelman was a Federal tax partner in the Denver office of a Top 20 public accounting firm, also serving as the industry leader for that firm’s food and beverage and professional services practices. Before that, he was a Federal tax partner for another Denver-based national accounting firm.
Wenzelman earned MS, Taxation and BS, Accountancy degrees from Northern Illinois University.
