CohnReznick elects two new Executive Board Members

New York, NY – July 2, 2020 –  The partnership of CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, has announced the election of two new members to its Executive Board.

Sheslie Royster is a tax partner and leads the Baltimore office Tax Practice and also assists the Charlotte office tax group. She has more than 30 years of experience in partnership taxation, federal and state tax energy incentives, financial instruments, and transaction taxation and corporate tax. Her expertise includes advising on tax advantaged structuring for acquisitions and mergers of renewable energy businesses in addition to providing guidance on the tax aspects of various business transactions. Royster has significant experience in affordable housing and commercial real estate and her renewable energy industry knowledge extends to many aspects of solar, wind, and various other sectors. She is an enthusiastic dog lover and bike rider. 

Kristen Soles is a partner and leads our Government Contracting Industry practice. Based in Tysons, Maryland, she provides an extensive range of advisory services for government contractors including FAR/CAS compliance, indirect cost rate structuring, cost reporting, and final incurred cost proposal compliance. Soles supervises and trains staff on audit and review engagements and other government contracting issues, presents monthly “lunch-and-learn” sessions for clients, and developed the firm’s GovCon360.com government contractor resources website. Soles supports several charitable organizations including Ronald McDonald House, Donate Life America, Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, and Children’s National Medical Center. She is an avid runner and swimmer.

Alan Wolfson, Regional Managing Partner, Northeast, is currently on the Board and was re-elected. All three will serve three-year terms. 

The ten-member Executive Board, which includes the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for CohnReznick’s business and growth strategy and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Management Committee. The board currently has one ex-officio member.
