CohnReznick Elects Twelve New Partners, Advances Four Others to New Leadership Roles
New York, NY – (February 3, 2020) – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, has promoted 12 professionals to its partnership ranks, effective February 1, 2020. Additionally, CohnReznick has elevated four veteran partners to new leadership positions within the firm.

Those named to new leadership roles include:
Ira Weinstein becomes Managing Principal – Real Estate, Cannabis Industries where he will oversee the advisory, assurance, and tax services for both industries. In this role, Weinstein will develop and execute strategy that grows the capacity and capability of CohnReznick’s resources dedicated to these industries for the benefit of the firm’s clients, people, and communities. Weinstein was previously Managing Principal of CohnReznick’s Baltimore office.
Scott Szeliga, Partner – Assurance, has been named Managing Partner of the Baltimore office, succeeding Weinstein. With more than 20 years of experience, Scott has been a leader in the Baltimore marketplace and around the country lending his significant expertise in the areas of New Markets Tax Credits, renewable energy, and multi-family housing.
Bill Pidgeon and Marc Wolf, assurance partners, have been named co-leaders of CohnReznick’s Financial Services practice. Wolf, based in Los Angeles, and Pidgeon, based in Roseland, NJ, will take a bi-coastal approach to leading the practice, which has seen significant growth. They succeed Jay Levy who recently took over as Office Managing Partner – New York.
