CohnReznick Announces New Advisory Leadership Team
New York, NY – April 10, 2018 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading global advisory, assurance, and tax firms, has named Julie Miner, CPA, CISA, CRISC, and Paul Ricci, CPA, to new leadership positions within CohnReznick Advisory.
Julie and Paul – each partners of the Firm – have led strategy and technology solutions efforts through the real estate advisory practice, NOI Strategies, a division of CohnReznick. This promotion highlights the Firm’s long-term strategic priorities focused on aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a broader bench of professionals to global enterprises across all industries.
Julie has been appointed Real Estate Advisory Services Leader – Americas. She brings more than 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate controls, Sarbanes–Oxley compliance, and SAS70 auditing standards, and has a long track record of strategic engagement with some of CohnReznick’s largest enterprise clients. With Tama Huang, Principal and Global Real Estate Advisory Services Leader, elevated to oversee CohnReznick’s international strategy, Julie will now spearhead expansion specifically across North and South America, alongside current global leaders, Marc Altena in EMEA and Ross Miller in APAC.
“As our domestic clients have become more international and investors look globally, we needed to match our capabilities to these evolving business trends,” Tama said. “These changes and dedicated regional leaders allow our team to continue to offer our clients the same invaluable services that they have come to know our team for, with strategic connectivity into the global marketplace.”
As the new Global Enterprise Technology Solutions Leader, Paul will draw on his more than 15 years’ experience managing complex, large-scale projects for clients in real estate management, home building, government, and other industries to lead the expansion of CohnReznick’s Enterprise Resource Planning practice. Paul’s role signifies the Firm’s focus to replicate its prior successes within the real estate community in other regions and key industries, including retail, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. Paul will leverage his extensive knowledge of technological solutions and the Firm’s strategic partnerships with technology leaders such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce, to modernize business operations and advance the brand as an integral business partner to the C-Suite.
“I am confident Julie’s and Paul’s leadership will be pivotal in bringing the right mindsets and skills to deepen our engagement across industries, expand our reach globally, and enhance the many services we offer clients,” said Keith Denham, Managing Principal – Advisory.
