CohnReznick advises Round Table Capital Partners on sale of Ardurra Group, Inc.

New York, NY – March 6, 2023 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that it served as an advisor to client Round Table Capital (RTC) Partners in the sale of its portfolio company Ardurra Group, Inc. to an affiliate of Littlejohn & Company, LLC. Terms of the deal, which closed last month, were not publicly disclosed.   

CohnReznick provided sell-side due diligence services to RTC Partners and Ardurra Group to support the transaction.

RTC Partners, headquartered in Miami, is a private investment firm specializing in middle market growth platforms. The firm focuses on high-growth niches within the professional, business, and healthcare services industries. Ardurra Group, also headquartered in Miami, provides complex engineering and design services for water, transportation, and aviation end-markets across the Southeast, Central, Southwest and Northwest United States. The company employs about 1,250 people across more than 70 offices.
