Banner Year for Transaction Advisory Services
CohnReznick’s Transaction Advisory Services practice had a banner year in 2018 and is poised for continued growth in the years ahead. Middle-market strategic investors and financial sponsors are engaging us to help accelerate growth, maximize value and manage transaction-related risks.
By focusing on the unique needs of each client and the characteristics of each deal, our flexible approach has helped investors – across a wide range of industries and geographies – achieve their vision, culminating in a banner year in 2018, as evidenced by our work on more than 200 deals, valued over $3 billion.
As a result of this growth, our team has expanded dramatically. Through the hiring of prominent leaders and promoting talent from within, we now boast a team of more than 30 professionals across the U.S., including six partners and four managing directors. Geographically, our team has expanded resources in several major U.S. financial centers, including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York.

The growth and investment we’ve made go beyond a response to market conditions. Our clients tell us that our focus on the middle market, our understanding and alignment to their needs, and our flexible approach have helped us develop a best-in-class, forward-looking national practice. In today’s business landscape, we believe it has never been more important to get deals done in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimal disruption to investors and management teams.
Thanks to all our clients and stakeholders for helping us achieve unprecedented growth in 2018. If you’re seeking transactional advisory services, we look forward to connecting with you.
