IRS issues guidance on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) fixed 4% rate 

The 4% minimum credit rate established late last year was a welcome arrival, but quickly sparked questions regarding its application. The IRS has now released long-awaited guidance, clarifying its position regarding the applicability of the 4% floor to three common potential scenarios.
