Glenn Herman Named as a Director of Wall Street Tax Association
Roseland, NJ – Glenn Herman, CPA, CGMA, a tax partner at CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading accounting, tax, and advisory firms in the United States, was named as a director of the Wall Street Tax Association (WSTA). He will serve a one-year term beginning on July 1st, 2017.
Based in the Firm’s Roseland, NJ office, Glenn is a member of the Financial Services Industry Practice and Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Practice. With over 30 years of tax and accounting experience, Glenn has significant domestic and international experience, having advised companies, individuals, and business groups on tax and commercial matters within the United States and abroad. His expertise encompasses federal, state and local, and foreign taxation with significant emphasis on strategic planning, problem-solving, structuring, and risk management. Glenn holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University. He previously served as the president of the WSTA from 2003 to 2005.
The Wall Street Tax Association is a non-profit organization whose members are firms engaged in the securities or affiliated businesses. Its mission is to inform and benefit its members in all matters pertaining to taxation, to cooperate in the administration and understanding of tax laws and deliver information to the member base, and to conduct seminars and hold discussions on tax issues of common interest to the membership. Directors of the WSTA also serve as directors of the Wall Street Tax Educational Corporation.
