CohnReznick Honored for Its Commitment to Women In Leadership

New York, NY – CohnReznick, one of the leading accounting, tax, and advisory firms in the United States, is a recipient of the Winner’s Circle Award for Women In Leadership.

The Winner’s Circle Awards, a component of the accounting industry’s Winning Is Everything Conference, recognizes CohnReznick for its open and inclusive culture and for investing in change that supports advancement of women by addressing issues of unconscious bias and enlisting the support of both women and men in developing solutions to maximize human potential. 

To help retain and advance women and prepare them to be tomorrow's business leaders, CohnReznick launched its women’s program 2005. Today, WomenCAN: A Collaborative Advocacy Network for Women provides access to mentors, roundtable discussions with firm partners, leadership development courses, and other professional growth opportunities. 

In addition, the CohnReznick Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) is a business development initiative which provides meaningful events and experiences to offer women opportunities to build and deepen mutually beneficial relationships. What began as a pilot program in 2005 has grown into a nationwide movement – engaging our clients, employees, referral sources, industry associations, and members of the broader community.
