Event Summary: Connecticut Technology Council’s CEO Forum
Digital is Disrupting Everything – The digital revolution is here. If you are not ready to disrupt your competition by transforming your business, then your competitors may be the ones to disrupt you.
It’s All About the Experience – Your customers and your employees are expecting a different, more efficient frictionless experience. Ask yourselves, “what are doing to deliver it to them?”
Location, Location, Location – Building a visible digital presence on the web, along with implementing a strong digital marketing strategy, will allow you to create greater brand and product awareness, as well as better link your revenue results to specific actions taken. Meaningful analytics mean better future business decisions.
The “New” Speed – Ensure you are working at the speed of today’s customer, which may be faster than that which you are accustomed. To do so, make learning technology easy for your employees so they are more quickly able to adapt to the change.
Think Small, Take Risks, Learn and Adjust – To reap the benefits you seek, acting with agility is going to be key. Start with small teams, allow them to take risks, quickly learn from the successes and failures, and adjust things accordingly.
Where You Might Start – if you are new to the digital transformation, start first with addressing your customer experience. When you do, remind yourself that it’s not about the Business to Business or Business to Consumer connection. It’s about the Human to Human connection instead.
Once again, thank you for joining us for the evening. CohnReznick was proud to sponsor this event, and we look forward to continuing the conversation. Also, we encourage to you to access our 2017 Technology Outlook: Momentum.
