Speakers
John Alfonso is a partner in CohnReznick’s Not-for-Profit Industry Practice and is based in New York. He has more than 25 years of experience providing audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations. These include professional associations, educational institutions, public and private foundations, religious organizations, governmental entities, and social service agencies.

Peter R. Epp is a leader of CohnReznick’s Healthcare Industry Practice. He is a nationally recognized authority in ambulatory healthcare reimbursement and financing, and is a frequent lecturer at seminars and workshops on third-party reimbursement maximization and payment reform, cost report preparation, federal grantsmanship, current accounting issues, financial operations assessments and managed care. Peter has worked with both federally and non-federally funded organizations, including federally qualified health centers and other ambulatory healthcare providers, hospital and health systems, managed care entities, social service agencies, and other not-for-profit organizations.

Scott D. Morgan is a director in CohnReznick’s Healthcare Industry Practice with more than 26 years of experience. His responsibilities for this group include providing financial and strategic consulting services to clients in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries. Scott has an in-depth knowledge of federal and state reimbursement and grant requirements. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Scott served as CFO for a large healthcare provider and developed managed care organizations across the country.
