Alex has nearly 25 years of experience managing the audit, accounting, and reporting issues of middle market companies.


Todd Klein is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of SWaN & Legend, a $300 million private investment firm with interests in technology, media, retailing, education, and professional sports. Previously, he founded and served as Managing Partner of Legend Ventures, a private investment firm targeting new media and information technology opportunities.


Greg Treger is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Clearsight Advisors. Prior to founding Clearsight, Greg served as a senior member of the M&A teams at Houlihan Lokey and Updata Capital where he executed over 40 M&A and financing transactions for software and technology services clients. 


Mark J. Wishner is a Greenberg Traurig Shareholder with 30+ years of experience to include public and private securities offerings, domestic and cross-border M&As, leveraged buyouts, private investor representations, corporate governance, restructurings, and SEC reporting/compliance matters.
