Kevin M. Quinn, Partner, CohnReznick Benefits Consultants, has more than twenty years of experience and extensive knowledge of ACA provisions and their impact on plan sponsors. Kevin is active on a number of national insurance carrier advisory boards, and is frequently sourced by local and national news media on various health care related topics to discuss the current health care crisis.

Jill Bergman, CEBS, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist with extensive knowledge of the ACA provisions and their impact on plan sponsors. As Vice President of Compliance in the Group Health & Welfare Services practice of CohnReznick Benefits Consultants, she oversees the publication of the Insights and Implications newsletter, and serves as editor of www.healthcarereformtoday.com, a website devoted to providing awareness to the massive changes the ACA brings.
