As a Compensation Management Specialist and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist®, Mr. Straker provides total rewards expertise to help clients achieve strategic goals through the creative design of employee benefits and compensation programs. Mr. Straker develops and implements compensation programs including base pay and incentive programs, and executive compensation plans. He focuses on delivering customized solutions that reflect the workforce dynamics, competitive environment and administrative capability of each client. He is an active member of the International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists, World at Work, and CUPA-HR.
