Brent Solomon to Participate in Nixon Peabody LLP Roundtable Discussion


New York, NY – Brent Solomon, CPA, ABV, CVA, CFF, CM&AA, a partner with CohnReznick Advisory Group, has been selected to serve in a roundtable discussion, titled “Investment Trends in IP & Technology,” being held by Nixon Peabody LLP in their New York, NY office on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.

The lively, interactive discussion will primarily focus on IP transactions and monetization among middle market IP holders, investors, banks, and financial and legal advisors - covering topics including, but not limited to, strategies to maximize the value of IP assets, the role of private equity in the IP transaction space, and best practices for managing a buy or sell process involving IP assets. The roundtable will also feature participants from Brooks Houghton, IPOfferings, Techquity Capital Management, and Nixon Peabody.
