Catching up with the David Reznick Foundation
The David Reznick Foundation (DRF), a nonprofit organization named in honor of the co-founder of the firm now known as CohnReznick, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of affordable housing leaders. Capital Magnet Fund (CMF) awards can be used to create and preserve affordable housing, and are often used in conjunction with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to finance such projects. But awardees and project owners used to the LIHTC program need to know that CMF has separate requirements to be aware of.
