As such, the Firm is pleased to present our Third Annual Liquidity and Capital Raising National Forum which takes place on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at The Peninsula Beverly Hills.

We will be joined by a panel of seasoned M&A and capital markets experts and CEOs who will share their insights, advice, and experiences. This year's forum is being moderated by Bloomberg, the national leader in global business and financial information. Bloomberg television and radio personality Carol Massar will bring her own unique style and perspective to the forum.

CohnReznick's Third Annual Liquidity and Capital Raising National Forum offers a discussion of the latest trends and success stories for liquidity events and capital raises. When it comes to raising capital, there are a wide variety of potential sources -some traditional and some a bit unconventional. With credit tight these days, business owners need to think more creatively to get the capital they need.

A veteran panel of investors and lenders will offer insight into the ways that a company should evaluate its liquidity alternatives and what the upside and downside is of each.  You’ll learn about various capital raising options and the pluses and minuses of seeking capital from an investment bank versus a commercial bank versus a private equity firm.  Panelists will also provide perspective on how they structure the most lucrative deals for their clients.

If hindsight is 20/20, then it’s time to focus on real experiences from real companies that successfully executed a liquidity event.

• The negotiation process - what did they do to promote a successful outcome? What were the key challenges they faced?
• How have their professional and personal lives changed after their deals were completed?
